can it get....

...anymore beautiful......we are fickle.......when something bores us....we change things......we move...we shake ourselves up....we go out on a limb.....we buy for us...like kids in a candy shop.....we hope you like it too....this weekend..peonies  in every colour.....scented garden roses......petite bunches of lily of the valley...the final huzzah of  the tulips season.....perfume..perfume..perfume...we are  inspired...excited ... delirious with it all...we are addicts...devotees...in awe......
just to say we love flowers....
just saying!!

Menagerie

We've gone a bit animal crazy this week....

The question asked most so far is:

To which we reply:

The lovely big one?

Or cute little one?

Would you rather have the royal birds?

A horse perhaps?

We do offer some different breeds.

Do we sell dolphins? Don't be silly..

Of course we do!

But don't fret!
We still sell lovely plants and flowers!

There is only a small chance you could hear a horse whinny inbetween the tulips.....

Fancy a cuppa?

We've started the year fresh.
Everything Christmas related is gone.
Changed the shop around.
Changed the window.

Time for a cuppa....

Erm.....has anyone seen the cups and saucers??

Crazy Horses

Part 1 of this weekend's hunt for bits and bobs for the shop:

Indian good luck horses.
Traditionally hung next to the door for good luck.

The Magpies loved them!
The Dutchman wasn't quite sure about them.

The Battle of The Sexes begun.

The Dutchman lost... Where are Admiral De Ruyter or William III when you need them...

They are quite sweet...
The Dutchman is starting to like them...
They can stay..
No hay needed....

Everybody who knows us knows we like anything quirky and cute.
We've had typewritersdoll prams, children's chairs, sconces and now it's time for this very cute shabby chic cupboard!

Isn't it cute?

Even in the drawer it has the map lining.

Wouldn't it just be perfect for in you hall way or in your child's bedroom???
Could be yours for just £55- !!

Autumn Leaves

Autumn Leaves...

The title of many songs...
The sign that summer's gone and winter is coming...
Great for strolling through...
Perfect for nature tables..
Gorgeous colours....

With every change of season I'm saying it's my favorite season..
Contradictive.. I know...

I just can't resist berries.. I love berries! No matter what size or colour!
And I love stepping on Symphoricarpos berries (Snowberry)... especially the sound when they pop!

Autumn planters with a hint of Christmas...
And sold within half an hour! Even surprised me!

Autumn, J'adore...
